Our mission at Stein Counseling and Consulting Services, Ltd is to:  Bring light to the darkness, hope to the hopeless, and restore brokenness through serving individuals, families and communities. We are a small, family-oriented business and are seeking a provider who is fully-licensed in Wisconsin (or eligible for credentialing in Wisconsin) and who shares the same mission and wants to be a part of our family.

For the past 21 years, Stein Counseling has been providing outpatient services to clients of all ages with a wide range of needs. In addition to outpatient counseling we offer peer specialists, school-based counseling, Comprehensive Community Services (CCS), and parent education. We are looking for someone who is fully licensed in Wisconsin to join our team. As part of the team you will work with individuals and groups to promote optimal mental health. This includes, but is not limited to, performing admission screenings and mental health assessments, developing treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge, guiding clients in the development of skills and strategies for coping with their problems, ensuring proper coordination of care for clients, following all state and Stein requirements for confidentiality, and maintaining thorough records of patient meetings and progress. 

Stein Counseling is nestled in the bluffs of the Coulee Region. Nearby La Crosse is located on the Mississippi River which offers an abundance of water sports such as swimming, boating, and water skiing. Our location between the bluffs also creates opportunities for hiking and biking. For the less athletic, the area boasts shopping, the arts, and culture.
