Kelly is currently seeking experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operators (Stand-Up Reach Drivers) to work a temporary to hire type opportunity at a global technology company in Burlington, KY. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected employer in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Forklift Operator Stand-Up Reach Driver Location: Burlington, KY Pay: $20.00 per hour Shifts Available:

• First Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (currently working 10-hour shifts as needed) and every other Saturday
• Second Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM (currently working 10-hour shifts as needed) and every other Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a stand-up reach forklift to accurately pick orders from designated locations
• Stage orders efficiently for the packing team, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during forklift operation and material handling
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Collaborate with team members and support general warehouse operations as required

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating a stand-up reach forklift in a warehouse or distribution setting
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and efficiency
• Reliable attendance record and ability to work scheduled shift hours, including 10-hour shifts and every other Saturday
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Competitive pay at $20 per hour
• Hiring bonus of $500
• Referral bonus of $500: 1/2 paid after 30 days of employment and 1/2 paid after 90 days
• $1 per hour pay increase when hired on permanently
