We are a modern, patient-focused private practice in downtown Phoenix looking for a high-performing dental assistant to join our team. Schedule & Hours

• Days: Monday through Thursday (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)
• Hours: Average of 29-32 hours each week
• Status: The schedule is valued as a full-time position.

What does your Role Entail

• Provide exceptional chairside assistance during clinical procedures.
• Use your experience with intraoral digital scanning to capture precise crown and bridge impressions.
• Learn to operate our on-site mill to fabricate same-day crowns.
• Accurate documentation in the patient chart regarding the details of each visit.
• Ensure patient comfort, listen to them, and deliver excellent clinical care.

What we are Looking For

• Proven experience with digital x-rays, Dentrix dental software, and intraoral digital scanning.
• Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn on-site milling technology (Glidewell FastMill) Prior experience is surely a bonus!
• A warm communicator who values collaboration and positive team energy.
• A current Arizona Radiology License and CPR certification
