Part-Time MRI Technologist (Weekend Option Premium Pay) - Memorial Belleville, IL

Position: Part‑time MRI Advanced Modality Radiology Technologist – Weekend Premium Pay Option (WEO) Location: Memorial Hospital – Belleville, IL. The MRI Department uses modern technology to provide quality imaging and angiography for inpatients and outpatients. Position Details Weekend Day Shift Hours: Saturday & Sunday (6:00 am – 6:30 pm) Part‑time: 24 hours per week – Benefits Eligible Weekend Day Schedule: Work only two days a week with five consecutive days off Weekend Premium Pay: 50% extra on top of hourly rate for weekend hours Sign‑on Bonus: $2,500 for eligible candidates (subject to eligibility) Preferred: MRI experience; Registered MRI technologist RT(MR)(ARRT) or AMRIT Responsibilities Prepare patient and equipment for procedures Perform imaging studies independently, in on‑call situations, portable exams, and at other sites as required Maintain quality control and comply with all safety and regulatory standards Minimum Requirements Associate degree or trade‑school equivalency (or higher) Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography – R.T.(R) Preferred Qualifications Experience as a lead, senior, or supervisory radiology technologist or similar leadership role Experience with vascular interventional procedures, neurovascular procedures, or other complex studies MR and CT imaging experience Licenses & Certifications IEMA – Illinois only (excluding MRI)
