Lead Global Financial FP&A Analyst

What You'll Do Financial Analysis & Forecasting Lead complex financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical initiatives that support strategic business objectives. Deliver actionable insights to corporate, divisional, and international stakeholders to drive informed decision‑making. Strategic Reporting & Business Partnership Serve as a trusted financial advisor across accounting, finance, and regulatory functions. Develop and present executive‑level reports and analyses that translate complex financial data into meaningful business recommendations. Profitability & Performance Analysis Evaluate the profitability of international product lines and distribution channels. Recommend enhancements to financial methodologies, frameworks, and reporting processes. Data Analytics & Business Insights Analyze global business trends and performance metrics. Identify and leverage the most effective data sources to support strategic planning and operational excellence. Process Improvement & Project Leadership Drive process optimization initiatives that improve efficiency and service delivery. Lead cross‑functional and international projects from planning through execution. Team Development Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts. Foster financial expertise and professional growth across the broader finance team. Special Projects Support key business initiatives and ad hoc projects as needed. Qualifications Experience 5+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, financial analysis, or related experience. Experience working with international markets, global operations, or cross‑regional stakeholders is highly preferred. Education Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field strongly preferred. Advanced degree (MBA, Master's, or equivalent) is a plus. Certifications CPA CMA CFM Equivalent international financial certifications What We're Looking For Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
