About Ellie Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by Erin Pash, LMFT and Kyle Keller, LICSW when they opened the first Ellie clinic in Minneapolis. Since then Ellie has continued to grow with multiple clinics in Minnesota and a growing number (250+) of locally owned and operated locations across the country. We Offer Unique pay model with industry leading compensation Newly constructed office with brand new everything Flexible work schedule Full time or part time opportunities In‑person or hybrid work environment The opportunity to work with clients that match your interests and areas of expertise A supportive, collaborative team environment A company rooted in values of creativity, humor, compassion, acceptance, determination, and authenticity Full time benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k + employer matching PTO/Holidays Reimbursement for: license exam fees, initial license and license renewal Professional Liability insurance coverage provided Free CEUS via access to Ellie's learning management system Supervision provided for free if needed for licensure requirements Responsibilities Include Evaluate clinical presentations, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and treatment plan reviews, complete ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policy Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol Complete a minimum of 25 client hours per week to maintain full‑time status Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;) Required Qualifications and Skills A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university Clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, PsyD, etc.) or be on the path to licensure – pre‑licensed candidates are welcome! Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
