Addison Group is partnering with one of our clients to find a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is eager to grow into a long-term role.

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls while delivering timely and professional support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently throughout the day.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to a high volume of incoming customer calls daily
• Assisting customers with order inquiries, updates, and general concerns
• Addressing and resolving customer issues with professionalism and empathy
• Accurately documenting interactions and maintaining records in internal systems
• Meeting or exceeding established call and performance metrics
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Reliable, punctual, and available to start quickly
