Duration: 6 month contract

Location: Greensburg, PA - 100% Onsite

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 12:00pm - 8:00pm EST

Pay Rate: $26/hr.

Why This Role Is Open:

One of Collabera's rapidly expanding robotics clients is scaling operations to support robotic automation within a live logistics environment. As part of this growth, they are building a new advanced Robotics Specialist team to support higher-complexity robot operations on the warehouse floor. This role is ideal for candidates with technical, IT, hardware, mechanical, mechatronics, or robotics exposure who are looking for hands-on experience in a fast-moving robotics operation.

Mission:

Robotics Specialists will facilitate day-to-day customer operations and ensure the safe, accurate, and reliable implementation of robotics solutions within a live warehouse environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-floor robotics operations and guide Robotics Specialists throughout the shift
• Serve as the main escalation point for robot issues, safety concerns, and operational deviations
• Coordinate task assignments, monitor workflow, and ensure coverage across warehouse zones
• Communicate updates between customer teams, and internal engineering
• Support hands-on tasks as needed, including troubleshooting and robot monitoring

Must-Have Requirements:

• 1 year of Senior experience in technical, operations, or warehouse environments
• Willingness to work with devices, interfaces, hardware tools, or robotics systems
• Ability to walk/stand for most of the shift in an active warehouse setting
• Clear and confident communication with internal teams and customer reps
• Steel or composite-toe boots (owned or willingness to purchase)
