Position Overview We're hiring part-time soccer coaches with opportunities for future full-time employment. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to pass a federal background check Valid work Visa or authorization to work in the US Own or have access to a printer Coaching or childcare experience Passion for impacting children through the game of soccer preferred Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, or related) preferred Saturday availability 8am-12pm preferred A Day in the Life Arrive on time to all your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty, families, and children Safely manage a class of up to 12 children Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters Go home knowing you made a difference Hours Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm Saturdays: 8am - 1pm Part-time: estimated minimum of 10 hours/sessions per week and maximum of 25 hours/sessions Full-time: estimated minimum of 32 hours/sessions per week and maximum of 40 hours/sessions About Soccer Shots Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2-8 with a focus on character and physical development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We train our coaches in leadership development, communication skills, early childhood education, and sports management.
