Overview

Now Hiring:   Showroom Sales Associate

Location: Yarmouth, MA

Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly

Schedule : 8:30am– 4:30pm Monday – Friday

Primary Responsibilities:

As a Showroom Sales Associate , you will manage your client relationships and sales while working closely with our showroom support team.

• Meet with clients in the showroom to understand their project, needs, style, and budget
• Assist clients with plumbing fixture and product selections
• Create accurate quotes and provide them to clients in a timely manner
• Process sales and maintain communication throughout the ordering process
• Communicate with builders, plumbers, designers, and other trade professionals as needed
• Provide design guidance and product recommendations when appropriate
• Develop strong product knowledge and provide accurate technical information
• Connect clients with the appropriate technical resources when additional expertise is required
• Work closely with our Showroom Administrative team on open orders, warranty claims, returns, product issues, and other client needs
• Build and maintain relationships with repeat clients and trade professionals
• Participate in vendor and product training, both on- and off-site
• Attend showroom events as needed
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming approach throughout the entire sales process

Requirements:

• Personable, professional, and comfortable working one-on-one with clients
• An excellent communicator and active listener
• Organized and able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented when preparing quotes and processing orders
• Comfortable learning technical product information
• Able to work collaboratively with administrative and operations teams
• Confident making recommendations while understanding when to bring in additional technical expertise
• Motivated to develop long-term relationships rather than focusing solely on individual transactions
• Previous experience in showroom sales, plumbing, kitchen & bath, interior design, luxury retail, building materials, or a related industry is preferred.
• Plumbing product knowledge is a strong plus but is not required for a candidate with the right sales and client-service background. We provide extensive product and vendor training.
