The Warrior Vets Medical Services team provides exemplary general medical services. We offer in-person care to current US Military servicemen and women, as well as to veterans.We pay up to $150 per hour and offer flexible scheduling; you will receive compensation for each evaluation. We typically remit payment within 45 days of encounter documentation in our user-friendly EMR.Typical AppointmentsIn-person appointments consist of general medical evaluations. Evaluations are performed once per veteran and typically take 30 to 90 minutes. These evaluations make a difference in the lives of veterans and directly impact their access to the ongoing care they need. There are no ongoing treatment needs for these veterans; each appointment is a one-time encounter.Note: The evaluations are general medical evaluations, not disability evaluations.We Schedule Around Your AvailabilityMake your own schedule! Evaluate clients, earn a comfortable income, and be home in time for dinner. We efficiently schedule each series of evaluation appointments, which last no more than a total of eight hours each day. Our current need is for 2 days per week (Mon-Thur).No Administrative Tasks RequiredOur back-office support team handles all administrative work, including contracting with the Veterans Administration, liaising with contractors, and arranging payment. This approach allows you to spend your time where it should be spent: with the patient or your family.Training and ExperienceThese evaluations make a difference in the lives of veterans and directly impact their access to the ongoing care they need. Our clinical onboarding team of advanced level practitioners is available to train you on working with the veteran population. They provide excellent ongoing clinical support for any questions or concerns.Note: The evaluations are general medical evaluations, not disability evaluations.RequirementsUnrestricted state medical licensure without limitations to perform full scope of authorized practiceEducation and training in a US-accredited, post-baccalaureate (Masters) course of studyCertification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or certification by the ANCC or AANP2+ years of post-graduate primary care experienceEstablished collaborating physicianPart-time or full-time positions available.Enjoy the freedom to create your own custom schedules with the perfect work/life balance.Warrior Vets Medical Services offers a variety of part-time and/or full-time options to our clinicians.
