Experienced Envelope Machine Adjuster -- Hiring Now Cenveo | Chicopee, MA Cenveo is hiring experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality. Pay & Schedule $22 - $25/hr depending on experience + shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts) Shift availability is subject to change 1st shift: 7am -- 3pm 2nd shift premium $1/hr / 3pm -11pm 3rd shift $2/hr / 11pm -- 7am Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as needed What You’ll Do Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime Inspect product quality and minimize waste Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safely What You Need 5+ years envelope machine adjusting experience Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable Physical Requirements Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment Careers contact: View email address on click.appcast.io.
