Health Services Technician / HST We offer competitive pay to meet your needs. Employees are paid weekly by direct deposit. We also take care of processing your tax deductions so you can avoid a nasty surprise during tax season. Compensation is based on experience and relevant skill set. All CapsuleAID employees are hourly. Employees are eligible for overtime and holiday pay. Job Requirements Previous patient care experience a plus High School Diploma/GED Job Description Monitor consumers and document process Transport clients to appointments and other functions Report any changes in behavior or status to the nurse Complies with CapsuleAID policies/procedures. Complies with client facility policies/procedures. Maintains confidentiality relative to patient care and facility practices in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Communicates information effectively to appropriate personnel. Assists with collection of specimens; takes and records vital signs; and assists with feeding of patients. Documents patient care as assigned in accordance with facility policies and procedures. Follows the patient's treatment plan as assigned. Maintains competency by participating in continuing education programs and meets state specific requirements.
