Mets Baseball & Softball Camps Director (New Canaan - CT/Westchester) Rally Enterprises | Posted Mar 1 Full-time | Connecticut | Negotiable | Unknown NY Mets Baseball & Softball Camps is now hiring for a seasonal Summer Camp Site Director for our youth baseball and softball camps hosted throughout the New York Metropolitan Tristate Area. NY Mets Camps looks for a Summer Camp Site Director who is energetic, positive, and loves to inspire youth to make good choices and be accountable while having a great time. We provide the equipment, training, and curriculum. You provide leadership, direction, and enthusiasm to ensure campers have a wonderful learning experience and leave with a love of the game, new friends, better skills, and an appreciation for personal accountability. Responsibilities Manage and motivate a team of 15+ staff members while executing NY Mets Camps Operations Standards during camp weeks. Ensure a safe camp environment for staff, campers, and parents, and encourage staff to bring a positive mindset each day. Serve as an energetic leader during camp‑wide meetings to instill culture and expectations for campers and coaches. Communicate with parents and company headquarters regarding any issues that may arise at camp. Qualifications Commit to the nine‑week schedule Monday‑Friday for approximately nine hours per day. Be available from June 15—August 21, 2026 for on‑site presence at each camp, with a remote option to start sooner. Reliable transportation is required to all sites in Long Island, Brooklyn, or Connecticut. Demonstrated leadership ability with extensive management experience and at least one year of experience managing a group of people. Polished professional who can pass a comprehensive background and reference check. Familiarity with the basic fundamentals of baseball. Comfort with technology to ensure efficient camp operations and ability to attend all‑staff training. Capable of supervising staff and campers, ensuring high‑quality camp delivery.
