Key responsibilities Strengthening revenue retention by delivering timely customer support and consulting to current Yelp advertisers Managing inbound calls to educate clients on ad performance metrics and demonstrate the value of their investments Utilizing strong listening skills to handle escalated client issues and adapt product recommendations based on client needs Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience Technical proficiency with computers and information systems Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple details efficiently A passion for local businesses and understanding their significance in local economies
