IT Senior Manager - Back Office Applications - Valvoline Global Operations

Key Responsibilities Oversee the full lifecycle of back‑office applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across the organization. Lead initiatives to automate manual processes, reduce cycle times, and improve data quality using workflow and robotic process automation tools. Drive cloud migration and integration projects, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to adopt scalable, cost‑effective solutions. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate new technologies to keep the application stack modern and aligned with business needs. Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on technology roadmaps, risk mitigation, and compliance with industry regulations. Requirements 10+ years of experience in IT operations or application management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of leading enterprise application modernization, cloud migration, and process automation projects. Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data integration techniques. Excellent project management skills, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
