What You'll Do:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Hematology/Oncology division within Henry Ford Health.
• Serve as Division Head and Associate Medical Director, guiding clinical, research, and academic initiatives.
• Lead over 40 full-time physicians across multiple hospitals and outpatient clinics.
• Manage clinical programs including Bone Marrow Transplant and infusion services.
• Collaborate with university and health system leaders to advance cancer research and clinical trials.
• Develop innovative models for inpatient and outpatient oncology care.
• Support medical education and mentorship of early-career investigators.
• Maintain a clinical practice (~25%) within the Hematology/Oncology Division.
• Lead operational strategies and promote multidisciplinary collaboration across departments.

What You Need:

Required:

• Hematology/Oncology Fellowship completed
• Proven leadership experience in academic or large health system setting
• Board eligible/certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Ability to pass H1B visa support process
• EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)

Preferred:

• Titles such as Vice Chair, Chief, Program Director, or Director within hematology/oncology programs
• Experience overseeing faculty and clinical research initiatives
• Strong strategic planning and operational management skills
