Senior Warehouse Manager

Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Senior Warehouse Manager Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Manager to oversee material handling, logistics systems, and inventory management supporting large-scale, fast-paced projects in the Richmond area. This role requires a highly analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys driving operational excellence through process improvement and data-driven decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement logistics and warehouse operation systems to optimize product handling, storage, inventory management, and shipping efficiency. Design project site layouts and product flow systems; evaluate and recommend new equipment to improve productivity and safety. Maintain a safe, compliant work environment through established policies, procedures, and adherence to all regulatory standards. Manage property security, inventory logs, and vendor coordination to ensure consistent and accurate material flow. Lead the development of 3‑week lookahead schedules for material needs and deliveries to support multiple active projects. Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound materials, collaborating with QC and production to handle non‑conforming materials (RMA, RTV, Holds, etc.). Oversee documentation and implementation of controls aligned with ISO9001, ISO27001, CMMI, and UL standards. Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and external partners to meet operational and project goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management. Advanced Excel proficiency, strong analytical, forecasting, and reporting capabilities required. Demonstrated experience managing processes, cycle counting, and operational performance metrics. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and vendors. Local travel required.
