Package Delivery Driver (Paid Training & Benefits)

Location: Watertown, SD

Ekholm Enterprises is seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Package Delivery Drivers in Watertown, South Dakota. Whether you're looking for a full-time career, part-time work, or a seasonal opportunity, we provide the training, support, and tools needed to succeed.

As a Package Delivery Driver, you will safely deliver and pick up packages for homes and businesses throughout the Watertown area and surrounding communities. No prior delivery experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support from experienced managers and drivers who are committed to helping you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate company-provided delivery vehicles throughout Watertown and surrounding service areas.
• Deliver and pick up packages at residential and commercial locations.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Utilize scanners and delivery technology to accurately track packages.
• Maintain efficient route performance while adhering to safety standards.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and team members.
• Work independently while contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a 10-year DOT background check, DOT physical, and drug screening.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 150 pounds with the assistance of a hand truck.
• Ability to climb stairs, enter and exit a delivery vehicle frequently, and work in varying South Dakota weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong attendance, dependability, and commitment to safety.
