Caring nonprofit multispecialty group is seeking an Endocrinologist to join their team in East Texas. This multispecialty group serves 13,000 diabetic patients

and is the only place available for them to receive specialized care. The group also has an excellent 94% retention rate and offers huge earning potential .

Compensation & Benefits Package

• High earning potential: $350,000 – $450,000/year
• Base salary guarantee (Year 1): $325,000
• Switches to RVU model after the 1st year
• Production bonus at year-end for RVUs above threshold ($50 per RVU)
• $750/month APP supervising compensation

Job/Practice Description: Endocrinologist

• Full-Time -Longview, Texas
• Join a group that offers a very large referral base and is the area’s preferred provider network of employed providers
• Mon-Fri 8-5, 15-20 patients per day
• can do 100% outpatient or 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient
• group has 3 physicians with 2 APPs - the clinic runs super smooth and has Pulmonary, Rheum and Endo services
• 1 Endo just retired. 0 Endo's currently.
• DBE and dietician in the clinic
