Clinical Pharmacist

MedStar Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist for night coverage to support safe, evidence-based medication use across our acute care units. In this on-site role, you will verify and dispense medication orders, assess for interactions and dosing accuracy, and collaborate closely with physicians and nurses on medication therapy management. You will monitor patient responses, perform therapeutic drug monitoring and antimicrobial stewardship, support medication reconciliation, and respond to code and stat situations.
