QC Tech Needed- Atlanta, GAShift Hours:3rd Shift: Monday through Friday (most Saturday's), 11:00pm-7:00amPay could vary with relevant experience.What's In it for You?Stable, growing organization with opportunity for future advancement of qualified candidatesCompetitive pay based on experience and qualificationsPaid vacation, sick days, and bonus after eligibility period metExcellent medical, dental, and vision benefits at modest employee contributions401k participation with Company matching contributions upon completion of first 30 days of serviceJob Responsibilities:Continually monitor bottle quality to ensure customer satisfactionPerform leak detector and vision system checksPerform tests for all lines: finish measurements, wall thickness, top load, bottle height and panel widths, drop tests, weight, visual and bottle integrity inspections, volume and overflowUse of the following equipment: caliper, scale, and height gaugeBasic ability to troubleshoot testing equipmentPerform line inspectionsPlace nonconforming product on hold, tagging each pallet, and ensuring the product is isolated and moved to the designated hold areaWork with machine operators, supervisors, etc. to correct defective conditionsConduct first article inspections on new product, new molds, and at line start-upsMaintain quality recordsSkills/Qualifications:Possess basic math and writing skillsAbility to read, understand, and apply work instructions and job aidsAbility to utilize the required testing equipment, including hand held calipers when necessary CKS PACKAGING
