Previous experience as a receptionist
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in dental office software and scheduling systems
Ability to multitask and manage time

Job Description
Greet patients and manage front desk operations
Schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries
Maintain organized records and manage patient files
Answer phones
Confirm appointments
Verify insurance
Process payments
Assist with daily administrative tasks to support smooth daily operations

Shift & Schedule
- Work Hours: Monday: 9 AM - 6PM; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 8:30 - 5:00; Friday: 9 AM - 2 PM.
- Breaks: 60-minute lunch break
- Weekend Work: None
