What you'll do daily:
- Help customers with auto, home, and life insurance
- Build relationships with clients and community members
- Support marketing efforts and local outreach
- Work with the agent to hit growth and production goals
We're looking for:
- Motivated, dependable and coachable individuals
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus not required
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
