What You’ll Do

• Provide 24/7/365 neonatal and critical care coverage as part of a dedicated team
• Deliver expert medical assessment and treatment to neonatal and critically ill patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Support on-site coverage during designated shifts, including nights and weekends
• Participate in patient care planning, documentation, and family communication
• Maintain compliance with facility and licensing standards

What You Need

• Valid license or certification in nursing or advanced practice nursing
• Experience in neonatal, ICU, or critical care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
