Job Description\n American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Leominster, Massachusetts.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: ED - Emergency Department\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 11/02/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12 hours, nights\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Assignment Overview\n \n Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs\n Hours: 36 hrs/wk\n Start Date: Nov 2, 2026\n Length: 13 weeks\n Openings: 1\n Description\n American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring MA RN licensure and 2 years of ED experience.Details\n \n Work in the Emergency Department across two campuses\n Well-rounded ED patients including a psych holding area within the ED\n Patient ratio of 1:5\n Uses Epic charting system\n Night shift, 3x12 hour shifts (19:00-7:30)\n Must have flexibility to start up to 4 hours earlier or later than scheduled based on critical department needs\n Every other weekend and holiday required\n Floating required between Leominster and Clinton campuses\n No on-call responsibilities\n Scheduling based on unit needs; no block schedules accommodated\n Requirements\n \n Active MA RN license required in hand\n Minimum 2 years of ED nursing experience required\n Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS\n Epic charting experience required\n Strong triage skills required\n Additional Information\n \n Must complete pass/fail telemetry and medication competency tests during orientation\n Must be able to work all 7 days due to union facility scheduling requirements\n Local candidates accepted within a 75-mile radius\n Must reside within 200 miles for consideration if outside local radius\n Return staff must have a 12-month separation from the health system\n Up to 14 days of RTO may be submitted for review, with no RTO allowed during the first week\n First-time travelers are welcome to apply\n \n \n American Traveler Job ID #P-753407.
