District Sales ManagerThe District Sales Manager is responsible for delivering a fantastic experience for customers and associates while achieving the financial results. A District Manager sets out to inspire and develop the future leaders of the organization while setting clear expectations. To be successful in this role, they will need to create a productive working atmosphere in our stores.This position services 15 stores throughout the AZ/CO area. This is a remote position in the district (Phoenix area preferred). Travel to stores is required.Essential Functions (not all inclusive):Direct and coordinate activities involving sales and services while focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experienceSupport and lead retail stores to execute high level of merchandising standardsMonitor reports to forecast sales, margin and expenses; develop effective ways to fill gaps in performance.Recruit, interview, select, hire, and promote associatesProvide guidance and direction and coaching to associates to help improve, including setting performance standards, monitoring performance, and conducting performance evaluationsOversee and develop district, managers, and associates while creating a highly collaborative environment built on passion, respect, and integrityHandle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with othersPerform other related duties as requiredAbout Music & ArtsMusic & Arts embodies the world of creativity and music by encouraging our teammates to find their own individual sound.
