We're looking for candidates with the right foundation, strong people skills, a willingness to learn, and the personality to thrive in a busy clinic.We provide two weeks of paid training, and Medical Assistant certification or licensure is not required.What You'll DoAs a Medical Assistant, you'll work directly with patients and providers while helping keep the clinic running smoothly. You'll be trained on our processes and become an important part of the patient experience from the moment they walk through the door.Your day may include:Taking manual vitalsPerforming routine blood drawsAdministering intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed by a providerPreparing and processing laboratory specimensMaintaining lab equipment, documentation, results, and quality controlsMaking sure the correct labs are ordered and properly preparedAssisting with weekly inventory and orderingJumping in to support the front desk when neededWorking closely with providers and your clinic teamCreating a friendly, positive experience for every patientWho We're Looking ForWe're looking for personality just as much as experience.
