As a Supervising Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC’s Mortgage organization, you will be based in Jacksonville, FL to support that greater Metro area to include St. Augustine and Beach communities. Job Description Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements. Manage daily loan activities of a small, high performing Mortgage Loan Officer team. Manage a portfolio of customer relationships. Seek prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients. Prepare loan solutions and refer other banking products and services; review documentation to ensure compliance. Grow, retain and develop an effective sales force to cover the geography of the market. Manage own and team's pipeline for efficiency. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions. Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
