Hyve Solutions is seeking a Hardware Integration & NPI Engineering Operations Lead to drive system and rack level integration, qualification, and execution from hardware bring-up through NPI builds. This role owns end-to-end integration readiness, ensuring a seamless transition from engineering to manufacturing with strong execution rigor.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who aligns cross-functional teams, closes design-to-manufacturing gaps, and delivers predictable, high-quality builds.
