The college is committed to offering quality heath professional education to meet the needs of the state; driving innovations that advance health, science and technology; and providing outreach and services that empower health and well-being in communities.This is a full-time, 9-month, tenure-track Assistant Professor position that reports to the Chair of the Department of Pharmacy Practice. The ideal candidate will contribute to teaching, research and service, with expertise in social, administrative and behavioral sciences, with pharmacoeconomic expertise preferred.Duties and Responsibilities:Contribute as a member of the Department of Pharmacy Practice.Teach and coordinate courses in the PharmD in-person and extended, online program in accordance with the mission of the College of Pharmacy in evidence-based literature evaluation, health outcomes/research, biostatistics, and Pharmacoeconomics.Serve as a faculty advisor to pharmacy students.Participate in creating new courses and teach topics as assigned by the Department Chair in support of meeting accreditation standards.Conduct scholarly activities and build and/or maintain an extramurally funded research program.
