Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer – Senior Living (Land & Aquatic) $20–$22/hour + $3,000 Retention Bonus | Full-Time, Tue–Sat | Eden Prairie, MN Are you a certified fitness professional who loves helping older adults stay strong, mobile, and independent? Summit Place Senior Campus, a SilverCrest Community, is looking for a Fitness Leader to run personal training and group classes for our residents, both in the gym and in the pool. You’ll be the go-to wellness expert on our campus, designing programs that help residents manage chronic conditions, prevent falls, recover strength, and enjoy moving again. You’ll see the results firsthand, because you’ll work with the same people week after week. What You’ll Do Lead group fitness classes on land and in the water, adapting every session for a range of abilities and health conditions (such as balance, strength, chair-based, and water aerobics classes) Provide one-on-one personal training, including fitness assessments and individualized plans Design programs for residents with arthritis, joint replacements, Parkinson’s, heart conditions, and other special-population needs Track progress and adjust programs so residents can see and feel their improvement Coordinate with nursing, therapy, and life enrichment teams as appropriate What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Therapeutic Recreation, or a related field preferred.
