Server Assistant

Responsibilities At Fleming’s, your first and most important responsibility will be creating memorable moments for our Guests. As a Server Assistant, you will assist the kitchen and the Servers in the dining room. You will help with the assembly of prepared food and condiments following Fleming’s standards, check orders for accuracy, review those orders with the Guests to ensure they are prepared to their expectations, track food times, stock tables with proper items needed, buss tables, offer drink recommendations and refills, decant and sell wine, and perform table side service to create an elevated and seamless experience for our Guests.
