Account Manager - Insurance Agency

We are actively recruiting licensed insurance professionals to be placed inside a high-performing, growth-focused insurance agency in Mesa, AZ. This is a full-time, in-person position with strong income potential ($60,000‑$90,000 per year including base + bonuses). You won't be starting from scratch. You'll step into an established agency with consistent lead flow, proven sales systems, structured onboarding, and a supportive, competitive team culture. This agency provides real training, mentorship, and coaching — not just a desk and a phone. Responsibilities Build and maintain long-term client relationships Conduct policy reviews and uncover coverage gaps Recommend and sell Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance products Work both warm and cold leads Resolve complex service issues with professionalism Follow a proven sales process designed to increase production This role is ideal for someone competitive, coachable, and motivated to grow within a professional agency environment.
