Lead Janitor

ABM Industries is hiring a Lead Cleaner to support facility operations in the administrative and support services industry. The Lead Cleaner coordinates daily cleaning tasks, assigns work to cleaners, and ensures all areas meet ABM and client standards for safety, cleanliness, and appearance. Duties include overseeing floor care, restrooms, trash removal, and disinfection; inspecting completed work; reporting maintenance needs; training new team members; and monitoring supplies. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to communicate clearly with supervisors, clients, and team members while modeling ABM’s culture of safety, respect, and inclusion.
