WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Consult with patients by reviewing appropriate health histories and conducting examinations.
• Evaluate patients' neuromusculoskeletal systems and spine.
• Perform manual chiropractic adjustments.
• Educate patients about the benefits of routine chiropractic care.
• Recommend appropriate courses of care.
• Build positive, trusting doctor-patient relationships.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Communicate effectively with the chiropractic and front desk teams.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic clinic environment.
• Passionately recommend membership plans and packages when appropriate to provide patients with affordable, consistent care.
• Take ownership of patient retention, clinic growth, and your professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited college
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
• Passing scores for Parts I, II, III, and IV from NBCE. A recent NBCE SPEC exam is an acceptable alternative for Part IV.
• Valid Wisconsin DC license
• Fully eligible for malpractice insurance in Wisconsin
