Service Location: Mount Carmel, PA
Rates: $13.00 - $16.00
Immediate Need:
* 10 hours a day - 5 days a week
* School Hours Monday through Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm

Traditional Home Health Care is hiring compassionate, dedicated, Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one careto our patient located in Luzerne County. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Performs personal care/ household duties (e.g. dressing, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping, hygeine, apllication and removal of splints etc.) in home/school setting
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide emotional/behavioral support
• Follows plan of care
• Ability to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team
• Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager
• Safety and Supervision
