What You'll Do

• Lead the planning and execution of high-profile events from concept through completion.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a team of highly skilled event professionals.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and flawless event execution.
• Collaborate with culinary, beverage, operations, and client teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to grow business.
• Drive operational excellence while maintaining financial accountability and profitability.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of event management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of event service experience.
• Minimum 2 years of fine dining service experience.
• Strong culinary and beverage knowledge with an appreciation for luxury hospitality.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a high-volume, high-expectation environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $85,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience)
• Commission Program
• Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
• Mandatory Three (3) Weeks Paid Vacation Annually
• Work Schedule: Varies based on event calendar and business needs.
