PROJECT MANAGER (HEAVY CIVIL) We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale heavy civil construction projects from planning through closeout. This role requires strong project controls, leadership, and the ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and teams while maintaining quality and safety standards.
