24 months minimum of current ICU experience - REQUIRED

Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED

No License Hits - REQUIRED

Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Cannot exceed 7 days.

Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms) Please add vaccination status in the submission notes
