Earn $30 to $45 per hour, based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Company vehicle and gas card (based on role and qualifications) Travel pay Hotel accommodations provided while traveling Per diem provided Consistent commercial project pipeline Opportunities for career growth and advancement Why You'll Love It Here Join a commercial electrical contractor with more than 20 years of proven success Work alongside supportive leadership and experienced operations teams Be trusted to lead meaningful commercial electrical projects Build your career with a company that promotes from within Your leadership, craftsmanship, and commitment to safety are recognized and rewarded Work on a variety of commercial construction projects across California, Nevada, and Arizona Your New Role Based in Anaheim, CA Lead commercial electrical construction projects throughout California, Nevada, and Arizona Travel approximately 50% as project demands require Supervise and mentor crews of 2 to 25 electricians Plan manpower, assign work, and coordinate daily field production Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, subcontractors, and field personnel Order materials and manage labor requirements Install, oversee, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems, including power distribution, switchgear, lighting, controls, and refrigeration power Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and productivity goals Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures Lead projects including ground-up commercial construction, tenant improvements, commercial remodels, industrial facilities, distribution centers, warehouses, retail, and mixed-use developments Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule PorterMatt Electric Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
