We are a fast-paced, fee-for-service dental organization focused on delivering high-quality, comprehensive dental care to every patient. We are seeking high-performing Dental Treatment Coordinators who excel at case acceptance, patient education, and closing treatment plans . The ideal candidate is confident discussing comprehensive dentistry, skilled at presenting financial options, and motivated by achieving strong case acceptance results.

This role is critical to the success of both our patients and our practice. We are looking for someone who can build trust with patients, clearly communicate the value of treatment, and confidently guide patients to move forward with the care they need.

At a Glance

• All offices located in North Florida / Greater Jacksonville area
• Full Time
• Total Annual Compensation: Base Salary + Monthly Bonus
  ($82,000 – $110,000)

Dental Treatment Coordinator Key Responsibilities

• Present and confidently close comprehensive treatment plans, helping patients understand the value and urgency of their care
• Drive case acceptance through strong communication, relationship building, and effective financial discussions
• Identify and present appropriate financing options to help patients move forward with treatment
• Audit patient records and treatment plans to prepare for upcoming appointments and opportunities
• Track and create action plans based on KPIs and case acceptance metrics
• Co-host morning huddles and collaborate with the clinical team to maximize daily production
• Serve as a key leader in ensuring patients move from diagnosis to scheduled treatment

Dental Treatment Coordinator Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience presenting and closing dental treatment plans
• Proven ability to drive case acceptance and convert diagnosed treatment into scheduled production
• Strong knowledge of patient financing options
• Working knowledge of comprehensive dentistry including implant dentistry
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate with doctors and team members to provide exceptional patient care
• Proficiency with practice management software (Open Dental preferred)
