GEICO has an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking a career in insurance. We’re looking for hardworking, dedicated salespeople who are bilingual (English/Spanish) to work our real‑time, internet‑generated sales in our GEICO local office. Our office works year round to grow and retain clients who entrust their home, auto and other insurance to us. As a bilingual sales professional, you will be rewarded for helping GEICO Local agency owners engage all prospects in the market, including the growing Spanish and Ukrainian speaking markets. Responsibilities Learn the basics of insurance and how to sell insurance Quote prices and financial options Make licensed sales of auto insurance and other personal lines of insurance products while providing extraordinary customer service Educate clients on auto, home and renter's insurance including comparisons Service existing accounts and ensure customers make buying decisions armed with the right amount of information Identify cross‑selling opportunities during retention calls Qualifications Competitive spirit and willingness to learn High‑energy personality and a love of working with people (must) Good memory for data and details Talent for dealing with difficult customers Strong computer skills to work within multiple quoting systems (training provided) Punctuality with the ability to see a quote through to completion Experience as a bilingual representative is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Spanish (preferred) Compensation Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year Hourly base pay structure for initial timeline; unlimited commissions thereafter Base pay ~$43,000 (annual average) up to $65,000 with commission/bonuses/incentives Benefits Bonus based on performance Free food & snacks Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Job Details Job Type: Contract Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr GREER INSURANCE GROUP INC
