Requirements

• Valid nursing license
• Experience in PACU or pre-operative nursing
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required

Responsibilities

• Assessing patients' conditions before and after surgery
• Planning and implementing direct nursing care
• Supervising clinical staff and delegating appropriate care
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality care
• Coordinating with healthcare teams to manage patient resources
