• Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift
  
  
• Location: Denton, TX 76207
• Pay: $26–$28/hr
• Shift: 2nd Shift |  3:30PM-12:00AM | Overtime as required 
  As a Maintenance Technician you’ll be responsible for:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production machinery, mechanical systems, and facility infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot issues with equipment and determine root causes of mechanical or electrical failures.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, adjustments, cleaning, and inspections.
• Install new equipment or assist in facility upgrades and layout changes.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and maintenance logs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Communicate recurring maintenance issues or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• What You’ll Need
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or trade school preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of industrial or facilities maintenance experience.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, or dust.
