• Number of Beds - 26
• Number of Staff – 52
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) AT minimum 1 charge, 3 nurses and an ORT
  • Night Shift - AT minimum 1 charge, 3 nurses and an ORT
• Patient Ratios – 1:4 for antepartum patients and 1:1 or 1:2 for labors - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed
• Type of equipment - Alaris pumps
• EMR – Meditech, CPN charting system

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Antepartum/high risk L&D experience
• At least 2 years L&D experience

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Mom baby or Couplet care experience
