Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Job Description Job Description Air Exchange and Energy Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a self-sufficient technician with strong troubleshooting ability, commercial HVAC experience, and the professionalism to work independently at customer sites. This is a full-time position with consistent overtime opportunities, company support, and long-term growth potential. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems Service rooftop units, split systems, parallel rack systems, and related equipment Read and interpret construction blueprints and technical diagrams Braze copper pipe proficiently Perform electrical troubleshooting from 24V to 240V systems Work with EMS/BMS controllers including Danfoss, Emerson, Novar, EMC, and similar systems Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams Work independently while supporting and coordinating with other technicians Lead or assist team members on larger projects when needed Travel to job sites as needed Qualifications Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience required EPA 608 Certification (Type II, III, or Universal) Valid clean driver's license required Ability to work independently and troubleshoot efficiently Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles and parallel rack systems OSHA 30 certification preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Willingness to travel as needed Benefits Paid vacation Paid national holidays 401(k) option Paid training and development Company vehicle Full-time stable position Ample overtime and additional earning opportunities available year-round Company apparel provided Compensation $80,000 - $105,000 annually depending on experience, certifications, and skill levelaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
