Salary: $90,000 - 117,000 per year Requirements:

• We help improve team processes, policies, and procedures.
• We provide direction and escalation support for ticket and task issues.
• We follow up on customer satisfaction concerns.
• We represent our company positively both internally and externally.
• We support performance and development planning for technical team members.
• We develop and monitor annual training plans for direct reports.
• We assist with quarterly performance reviews.
• We troubleshoot issues and evaluate alternative solutions.
• We keep timesheets and expense reports current and accurate.
• We lead weekly team meetings.
• We attend Epicor escalation meetings.

We are hiring a Software Engineering Team Lead for our Enterprise Systems Group. This is a full-time position with a 60% billable hours goal and minimal travel as needed. The role reports to the Manager of the Enterprise Systems Group and directly supports Systems and Software Engineers. We work in a hands-on technical environment using computer and office equipment, and we expect the ability to stay calm under pressure while handling administrative responsibilities at this level.
