Bath & Bronze  is a luxury decorative plumbing, lighting, and hardware showroom serving homeowners, builders, remodelers, designers, and trade professionals throughout the Columbia market. We are a privately owned company focused on delivering exceptional customer experience, disciplined execution, and sustainable growth. 

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced  Showroom Manager  to lead the daily operations of our showroom, develop a high-performing sales team, and ensure consistent execution of our proven operating systems. This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys coaching people, driving sales performance, protecting profitability, and creating exceptional customer experience. 

The Role  

The Showroom Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Bath & Bronze showroom. Working closely with the Director of Operations, you will oversee showroom operations, sales execution, purchasing coordination, merchandising, customer service, and team development while ensuring company policies, pricing standards, and operating procedures are consistently followed. 

This position is ideal for a leader who enjoys improving processes, mentoring others, building relationships, and delivering measurable business results within an established operating model. 

What You'll Be Responsible For  

• Leading daily showroom operations and supervising the showroom team 
• Driving showroom sales, quote conversion, customer follow-up, and complete-room selling 
• Protecting gross margins by ensuring pricing discipline and approved sales practices 
• Managing order flow, purchasing coordination, fulfillment, and customer communication 
• Maintaining strong relationships with builders, designers, remodelers, vendors, and retail customers 
• Ensuring showroom merchandising, displays, and product presentation remain customer-ready 
• Monitoring inventory exposure, aged inventory, and purchasing discipline 
• Training and coaching team members while reinforcing company policies and standard operating procedures 
• Tracking key performance indicators and providing regular operational reports to the Director of Operations 
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and recommending solutions that support company growth

REQUIREMENTS

Preferred Experience  

• Three or more years of leadership experience in showroom sales, operations, purchasing, or management 
• Experience within decorative plumbing, lighting, kitchen and bath, luxury home products, building materials, appliances, or a related industry preferred 
• Demonstrated success leading teams, improving operational performance, and driving sales growth 
• Working knowledge of quoting, purchasing, inventory management, vendor relations, and customer service 
• Experience using CRM, ERP, quoting systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools
