Material Handler

Pay Rate: $20.05 per hour
Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts
Location: Mount Juliet, TN

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Material Handler with stand-up forklift experience to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for moving, storing, and organizing materials throughout the facility while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards. This position requires working rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, and transport products to designated storage and production areas.
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for shipment or production.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of stand-up forklift experience preferred.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience required.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
